12th Meeting

On 15 February 2018, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 12th meeting and adopted several decisions.

1.  Decision granting approval to Ivan Tadin to perform the function of a member of the management board of the investment firm HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Kumičićeva 10, OIB: 32998446701, for the term of 5 (five) years, starting from the date of appointment
2. Decision granting approval to Denis Cvitanović to perform the function of a member of the management board of the investment firm HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, Kumičićeva 10, OIB: 32998446701, for the term of 5 (five) years, starting from the date of appointment
3. Decision granting prior approval for an indefinite period of time to the credit institution  OTP Banka d.d., Zadar, Domovinskog rata 3, OIB: 52508873833, demonstrating that the requirements for the provision of the investment service referred to in Article 5(1)(1) of the Capital Market Act – receiving and transferring orders in relation to one or more financial instruments – have been met
4. Decision granting approval to the company Erste Asset Management d.o.o., Ivana Lučića 2a, Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, for material changes in the prospectus of Erste Euro-money open-ended investment fund with public offering; and approval to invest up to 100% of net asset value of Erste Euro-money UCITS fund in transferrable securities and money market instruments issued by the Republic of Croatia, Republic of Serbia, Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro
5. Decision granting prior approval to the company HETA Asset Resolution Hrvatska d.o.o., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6a, OIB: 87064273078, for the direct acquisition of a qualifying holding in the company ZAJEDNIČKI INFORMACIJSKI SUSTAVI d.o.o., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, OIB: 52111910209, reaching a 100% share
6. Decision granting approval to the company HETA Asset Resolution Hrvatska d.o.o., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6a, OIB: 87064273078, to merge the company ZAJEDNIČKI INFORMACIJSKI SUSTAVI d.o.o., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6, OIB: 52111910209
7. Decision granting authorisation to Nataša Šimić, founder of the craft ATOS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Nataša Šimić, Kutina, Kolodvorska ulica 70, to carry out insurance representation activities
8. Decision granting authorisation to Filip Peša, founder of the craft AGNUS ZASTUPANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. FILIP PEŠA, D.T. GAVRANA 9, ZAGREB, to carry out insurance representation activities
