62nd Meeting

On 2 March 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 62nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision determining that the company Inspire Investments d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 62573520714, LEI: 74780040M93Z1M3Y3D74, has acted in accordance with the supervisory measures referred to in points I (1 – 3) and point II of the operative part of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I 992-05/25-01/02, REGNO:326-01-26-25-27 of 26 September 2025, and has improved its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system; and determining that the on-site inspection of the company has finished
2. Decision granting approval to the investment fund management company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, for significant amendments to the prospectus of  Erste Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering
3. Decision granting approval to the company Erste Asset Management društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in  Zagreb, OIB: 68572873963, LEI: 529900OY10YUOZTM4Z35, to merge ErsteShort Term Bond, open-ended investment fund with public offering, IHRICAMUISTB3, LEI: 5299003G5YD2R7933D68, as a sub-fund of Krovni 2 open-ended investment fund with public offering (UCITS), with Erste Money Market, open-ended investment fund with public offering,  ISIN: HRERSIUEMNM2, LEI: 747800U0512EDV550A43
4. Decision ordering the investment fund management company  Eurizon Asset Management Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 73073960573, LEI: 549300DU2TJ72XCUUN84, as a measure aimed at eliminating illegalities and irregularities established during the supervisory process, to improve, by 31 May 2026 at the latest, its sustainability risk integration process; to submit to Hanfa, by 15 June 2026 at the latest, a report showing compliance with the measures imposed by point I of the operative part of this Decision, with the accompanying documentation and evidence showing that the illegalities and irregularities detected have been eliminated; and ordering the Company, as a special supervisory measure, to submit to Hanfa, by 15 September 2026 at the latest, the compliance function report on the assessment of the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the sustainability risk integration into decision-making processes and organisational requirements for the Company and investment funds it manages; and to submit to Hanfa, by 15 November 2026 at the latest, the internal audit report on the assessment of the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the compliance system and of sustainability risk integration into decision-making processes and organisational requirements
5. Decision terminating the off-site inspection of part of business operations of the insurance company TRIGLAV OSIGURANJE d. d., Zagreb, OIB: 29743547503, LEI: 74780000H0HHL1OVM657 (KLASA: UP/I 994-08/25-01/04)
6. Decision granting authorisation to  Josipa Parać Bistrović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Allianz Hrvatska d.d.,with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23759810849, LEI:  5493006D8G55YM441622, for a term of office lasting 3 (three) years, running as of 4 March 2026
7. Decision granting authorisation to Hrvoje Pezić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company HOK-OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 00432869176, LEI: 7478000090THK2NOZI72, for a term of office lasting 5 (five) years, running as of 28 March 2026
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business as an ancillary insurance intermediary to the company Move On Mobility Solutions d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ljubljanska avenija 4, OIB: 55717073948, MBS: 081202458
9. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Ines Petrić from Stari Mikanovci

Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 16 May 2012 to the company PLAVI AZURIT d.o.o., za usluge (ex PLAVI AZURIT d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju), with its registered office in Split, Lučica 4, OIB: 45614603352, MBS: 060282167, represented by Nives Sanader, Managing Director of the Company, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/12-37/28, REGNO: 326-112-12-2, ceased to be valid on 20 January 2026
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Vesna Kvaternik from Gerovo, owner of the insurance representation craft CROATIA AGENT GEROVO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vlasnik: Vesna Kvaternik, Gerovo, Eugena Kvaternika 15 (ex: Obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju CROATIA VESNA, Gerovo, Eugena Kvaternika 15), by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/47, REGNO: 326-112-06-2, ceased to be valid on 3 July 2025
