61st Meeting

On 23 February 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 61st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company AGENCIJA SUZI d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Sisak (Grad Sisak)
2. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 28 January 2019 to Drinko Perić from Split, owner of the insurance representation craft AMARITA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Drinko Perić, Split, Gundulićeva 26A, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/128, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-5, ceased to be valid on 2 December 2025
3. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 24 May 2023 to Dean Valković from Pula, owner of the insurance representation craft VIVE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Dean Valković, Pula, Tartinijeva ulica 24, by virtue of the Decision by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 994-03/23-01/60, REGNO: 326-01-22-23-4, ceased to be valid on 31 January 2026
