57th Meeting

On 12 January 2026, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 57th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on corporate governance-related information that needs to be submitted by issuers to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, and on the form, time limits and manner of its submission
2. Decision on the pension company that achieved the highest risk-adjusted return for each category of mandatory pension funds in 2025
3. Decision issuing a warning to the credit institution Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 92963223473, LEI: PRNXTNXHBI0TSY1V8P17, due to irregularities established in the Off-Site Inspection Report of 9 October 2025, given that the credit institution referred to in item I acted contrary to the provision of Article 86(1) ​of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette No. 65/18, 17/20, 83/21, 151/22 and 85/24), i.e. it did not act in the best interest of the client, since it, via the ZB Trader Global platform, enabled retail clients to trade in a financial instrument whose product documentation explicitly stipulates that it is not intended for sale to retail investors, and failed to establish appropriate internal control mechanisms with regard to verifying which financial instruments are available for trade to retail investors via the ZB Trader Global platform, which is not in accordance with the provision of Article 50(2)(4) ​of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette No. 65/18, 17/20, 83/21, 151/22 and 85/24); and determining that the illegalities established by the Off-Site Inspection Report have been eliminated, since the credit institution in question has established appropriate controls in order to prevent trading in financial instruments that are not intended for sale and distribution to retail investors, and determining that the off-site inspection has finished

6. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Nika Cvetan from Jastrebarsko
7. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Tea Tadić from Velika Gorica

9. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Nikolina Jakovac from Sesvete
