43rd Meeting

On 26 June 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 43rd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on supervisory reports of the central counterparty
2. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the minimum content of the notification on informative pension calculation 
3. Ordinance on issuing authorisations to crypto-asset service providers, assessment of qualifying holding acquisition and issuing approval for management board members
4. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on Enforcement of Sustainability Information (ESMA32-992851010-1815)
5. Decision on the delivery of the Report on the classification of investment funds
6. Decision granting approval to the company SPAN d.d., Zagreb, Koturaška cesta 47, OIB: 19680551758, LEI: 747800L0D5F39CX8NA43, for a simplified prospectus relating to the public offering of bonds of total nominal amount reaching EUR 25,000,000.00, with a denomination of EUR 1.00 and a fixed annual interest rate with semi-annual interest payments and a one-time principal maturity 5 (five) years after the date of their issue and admission to the regulated market
7. Decision granting approval to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 34, OIB: 62573520714, LEI: 74780040M93Z1M3Y3D74, to change the depositary of the fund INSPIRIO zatvoreni alternativni investicijski fond s javnom ponudom d.d., from OTP banka d.d. Split, OIB: 52508873833, to ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3a, OIB: 23057039320
8. Decision granting authorisation to the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 81230330818, to operate as a large AIFM, namely to carry out activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Act (Official Gazette, No 21/18, 126/19, 110/21, 83/23 and 152/24) – management of AIFS; and partly revoking the Decision CLASS: UP/I 972-02/18-01/54, REGNO: 326-01-22-19-14 of 10 April 2019, with regard to the point 1 of the operative part of the Decision on granting the authorisation to operate as a medium-sized AIFM to the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb; and granting authorisation to Biljana Jagarčec from Zagreb, Gospodska ulica 13, OIB: 32009503694 to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 81230330818, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of the day of receipt of this Decision
9. Decision granting approval to the company Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A., with its registered office in Italy, Piazza Salimbeni 3 - 53 100 Siena (SI), registered with the Arezza-Siena Commercial Court under tax number 00884060526, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the company GENERALI OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 1B, OIB: 10840749604, LEI: 529900SSQ9XD4D9UVJ94, reaching 10% to 19,99% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Snježana Vizec from Donja Zelina, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ VIZEC, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, SNJEŽANA VIZEC, DONJA ZELINA, NESPEŠ 9C
11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Fran Beloša Fijan from Velika Buna, founder of the insurance representation craft FOS obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Fran Beloša Fijan, Brkićeva 37D, Velika Buna
12. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 11 January 2007 and 4 June 2024 by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision to Željko Čičak from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft „VENEZIA“ ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU - VL. ŽELJKO ČIČAK I ŽELJKA ČIČAK, ZAGREB, MALEŠNICA 6. BR. 2, ceased to be valid on 31 October 2024; and determining that the name of the insurance representation craft referred to in point 1 of the operative part of the Decision now reads: "VENEZIA" obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju VL. ŽELJKA ČIČAK, ZAGREB, MALEŠNICA 6. BR. 2
