39th Meeting

On 29 April 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 39th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on compliance with the Guidelines on stress test scenarios under the MMF Regulation (ESMA 50-43599798-12301)
2. Decision ordering the company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 94472454976, LEI: 74780000904H51PVL664, for the purpose of eliminating illegalities, with regard to the process of handling and settlement of claims under insurance policies of the Comprehensive insurance of land motor vehicles (risk class 03.01), to provide an adequate and efficient system of internal controls that will enable continuous, timely and proactive conduct of the Company in accordance with positive regulations, i.e. with the provisions of Article 943(1), (2) and (3) of the Civil Obligations Act, and the provision of Article 378(1) of the Insurance Act, and in accordance with applicable internal regulations; in relation to the provisions of the conditions of the Comprehensive insurance of land motor vehicles (risk class 03.01) referred to in points G. II. (7) 7.2., J. VI. 22.1.1. and H. II. (9) - (13), to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the compliance of the specific provisions of the conditions with the provision of Article 942 of the Civil Obligations Act; as evidence of the implementation of the ordered, the Company is obliged to submit to Hanfa quarterly reports of the key compliance function holder on the compliance with the order in question, together with the evidence on which the report is based
3. Decision granting authorisation to Luka Pavlović from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company OTP invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 96261939721, LEI: 529900UAH2CC09VOZQ96, for a term lasting 3 (three) years, running as of 2 May 2025
