36th Meeting

On 20 March 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 36th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the professional training and examinations taken by candidates for certified pension fund managers and in order to acquire qualifications to manage pension insurance companies
2. Decision ordering the company Electrocoin d.o.o., Zagreb, Ilica 15, OIB: 45841695639, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system within 90 days following receipt of this Decision, submit evidence thereon and inform the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency thereof without delay
3. Decision determining that the company Digital Assets d.o.o., Hrvatske mornarice 1C, Split, OIB: 37096783668, has complied with the supervisory measures and orders referred to in points I.1 to I.5 and II of the operative part of Hanfa’s Decision of 28 June 2024, and determining that the regular on-site inspection of the company has finished
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company AGENT VUČKOVIĆ d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Brnaze, Brnaze 14
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mirna Gašparović from Štitar and Ivo Rešić from Županja, founders of the joint insurance representation craft AgroPremium, zajednički obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mirna Gašparović i Ivo Rešić, Županja, Aleja Matice Hrvatske 54
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Hrvoje Rubić from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft TESTUDO, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, HRVOJE RUBIĆ, SPLIT, VELEBITSKA 112
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company ŽIŽAK d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Kristina Mustapić from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft LUDRUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Kristina Mustapić, Split, D. Šimunovića 23
9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 20 June 2023 to Jurica Petković from Daruvar, founder of the insurance representation craft COD 1, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Jurica Petković, Daruvar, Stjepana Radića 17, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 28 February 2025
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 16 May 2022 to Ana Marija Sabljak (ex Ana Marija Erlić) from Zadar, founder of the insurance representation craft ADRIA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ana Marija Sabljak, Zadar, Ulica Mate Ujevića 15, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 1 March 2025
