35th Meeting

On 6 March 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 35th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting authorisation to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 62573520714, LEI: 74780040M93Z1M3Y3D74, to establish and manage an open-ended alternative investment fund without legal personality with private offering – hedge fund, under the name of Inspire KAPPA otvoreni alternativni investicijski fond s privatnom ponudom
2. Decision granting approval to Dora Matošić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension insurance company Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., Gradišćanska ulica 26, Zagreb, OIB: 17448125754, LEI: 747800S0T4KHJS3UXK28, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 1 May 2025
3. Decision granting approval to Nikola Mišetić from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension insurance company Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., Gradišćanska ulica 26, Zagreb, OIB: 17448125754, LEI: 747800S0T4KHJS3UXK28, for a term lasting 4 (four) years, running as of 1 May 2025
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Tibor Vuković from Ivanić-Grad, founder of the insurance representation craft INTEGRIS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tibor Vuković, Ivanić-Grad, Stjepana Radića 20
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Miroslav Luzar from Zagreb, co-owner of the insurance representation craft DZO-ZASTUPANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. DAVORKA KRESOJA I MIROSLAV LUZAR, ZAGREB, ULICA RADOSLAVA CIMERMANA 36A, MBO: 97943258
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 4 December 2015 to Ivan Karloci from Donja Dubrava, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ Karloci, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivan Karloci, Donja Dubrava, Dravska 35, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 31 July 2024
7. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 7 June 2023 to Željko Brkić from Velika Gorica, founder of the insurance representation craft ZASTUPANJE PLUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. ŽELJKO BRKIĆ I DALIBOR BRKIĆ, ZAGREB, ULICA CRVENOG KRIŽA 35, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 5 January 2025, and determining that the name of the insurance representation craft referred to in point 1 now reads: ZASTUPANJE PLUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. DALIBOR BRKIĆ, ZAGREB, ULICA LJUDEVITA POSAVSKOG 22
