30th Meeting

On 10 January 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 30th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the pension company that achieved the highest risk-adjusted return for each category of mandatory pension funds in 2024
2. Decision granting authorisation to the company ALTERNATIVE INVEST d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 34251042886, LEI: 254900E8AXSW4FIG7E30, to establish and manage Stonegate Fund open-ended alternative investment fund with public offering
3. Decision granting approval, pursuant to Article 135(3) of the Mandatory Pension Funds Act (Official Gazette No 19/14, 93/15, 64/18, 115/18, 58/20 and 156/23), to the company Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 14148900600, LEI: 549300KUWF0GTBWT9S32, for an extension of the deadline to align investments of assets of Raiffeisen category B mandatory pension fund in stocks under the ISIN code HRHT00RA0005, issued by Hrvatski Telekom d.d., with Article 127(2) of the Mandatory Pension Funds Act by 30 April 2025
4. Decision granting approval to Ana Brakus from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company UniCredit Leasing Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za leasing, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 18736141210, LEI: 549300DTNTPKNKGJ7P4, for a term of office lasting from 16 February 2025 to 15 February 2028
5. Decision granting approval to Tomislav Štimac from Zagreb to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company UniCredit Leasing Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za leasing, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 18736141210, LEI: 549300DTNTPKNKGJ7P43, for a term of office lasting from 16 February 2025 to 15 February 2028
6. Decision granting authorisation to Klaus Scheitegel, resident in Graz, Paulinerweg 23, Austria, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company GRAWE Hrvatska d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 28406115764, LEI: 5299008LQUWEOTO76V71, for a term of foffice lasting from 21 March 2025 to 20 March 2029
7. Decision granting authorisation to Vladimir Simunović, resident in Graz, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company UNIQA osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 75665455333, LEI: 74780000P058TI5YPX93, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, starting as of the day of receipt of this Decision
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Miodrag Stijović from Pula, founder of the insurance representation craft "STILE", Obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Pula, Marulićeva 1, vl. Miodrag Stijović, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I-453-06/06-03/19, REGNO: 326-112-06-2, ceased to be valid on 31 December 2024
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company CENTAR ZASTUPANJA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Slavonski Brod, Pilareva ulica 28
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Nikola Cvetković from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft GPN, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Nikola Cvetković, Zagreb, Ilica 253
11. Decision determining that authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 24 May 2023 to Matija Mravec from Osijek, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ MRAVEC, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Matija Mravec, Osijek, Bistrička 14, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I 994-03/23-01/65, REG.NO.: 326-01-22-23-3, ceased to be valid on 25 July 2024
12. Decision determining that authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 to Mladen Đudajek from Zagreb, founder of the insurance representation craft "FiT2001" zastupanje u osiguranju vl.
