6th Meeting

On 11 April 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 6th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company INTERCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 59300096187, LEI: 529900PWYTEP77IEKE59, for significant amendments to the prospectus of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering, and determining that the approval of significant amendments to the prospectus of InterCapital UCITS umbrella open-ended investment fund with public offering referred to in point 1 of the operative part of this Decision, relating to changes in the investment goal, strategy and limitations of InterCapital Dollar Bond open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, terminates the approval to invest up to 100% of net assets of InterCapital Dollar Bond open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by the Republic of Croatia or local and regional self-government units of the Republic of Croatia, issued to the company by virtue of point 2 of the operative part of Hanfa’s decision CLASS: UP/I 972-02/17-01/30, REGNO: 326-01-440-443-17-5 of 11 August 2017
2. Decision determining that the company AGRAM LEASlNG d.o.o., OlB: 48922277230, has eliminated the illegalities and irregularities whose elimination had been ordered by Hanfa's Decision of 5 December 2023 (CLASS: UP/I 993-06/22-01/17; REGNO: 326-01-50-52-521-23-17), and terminating the off-site inspection of the company (CLASS: UP/I 993-06/22-01/17)
3. Decision ordering the company ADRIATIC ZAGREB FACTORING d.o.o., OIB: 36856583241, to improve its anti-money laundering and terrorist financing system within 30 days following the receipt of this decision, and to submit to Hanfa a report on the implementation of this measure
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mislav Lovrić, founder of the insurance representation craft LEX, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mislav Lovrić, Velika Gorica, Zagrebačka 84
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Petra Fijan Dominković, founder of the insurance representation craft SIMPA SMILE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Petra Fijan Dominković, Zagreb
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006 by virtue of Hanfa’s decision to the company GENEZA d.o.o., with its registered office in Matulji, 43. istarske divizije 22A, OIB: 19290795633, ceased to be valid on 7 April 2023
