28th Meeting

On 19 December 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the calculation, amount and charging of fees paid to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for the year 2025
2. Ordinance on organisational requirements for pension companies managing mandatory pension funds
3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the treatment of mandatory pension funds’ members by the Central Register of Insured Persons and pension companies
4. Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial statements and additional reports of pension insurance companies
5. Ordinance on the structure and contents of mandatory pension funds’ activity report submitted to the Croatian Parliament
6. Decision on the compliance with the Guidelines on funds’ names using ESG or sustainability-related terms (ESMA34-1592494965-657)
7. Decision granting approval to the company Global Invest d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 89492953056, LEI: 74780050PAIM7PYU7376, for significant amendments to the prospectus of USA BLUE CHIP open-ended investment fund with public offering, in future titled GLOBAL KAPITAL open-ended investment fund with public offering
8. Decision revoking authorisation to conduct factoring operations issued to the company UXOR GRUPA d.o.o. za faktoring, Zagreb, Selska cesta 90B, OIB: 65987238473, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, CLASS: UP/I 973-03/17-01/2; REGNO: 326-01-550-552-17-22 of 4 August 2017
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Duje Ivičević from Bol, founder of the insurance representation craft BRAČ PROTECT, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, DUJE IVIČEVIĆ, BOL, BLATO 18
10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Marina Vranić, founder of the insurance representation craft AGENCIJA MARINA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Marina Vranić, Biograd, Kr. P. Svačića 24
11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Ivica Domazet from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft SIGURNOST ID, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, Ivica Domazet, Split, Antofagaste 6
12. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 24 January 2018 to Goran Blagojević from Čaglin, founder of the insurance representation craft HELIOS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Goran Blagojević, Požega, Osječka 11, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/18-01/08, REGNO: 326-01-660-663-18-4, ceased to be valid on 10 November 2024
13. Decision correcting the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 994-03/24-01/101, REGNO: 326-01-22-24-2, of 29 November 2024, by replacing the words “VERTIAS MATRIX d.o.o.” in the introduction, all the points from the operative part , as well as in the explanatory part of the Decision with the words “VERITAS MATRIX d.o.o.”
