20th Meeting

On 23 September 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 20th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision on the compliance with the Guidelines on money laundering and terrorist financing risk factors (EBA/GL/2024/01)
2. Official position on the treasury share buyback programme of companies (securities issuers) admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange
3. Decision granting authorisation to the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, to establish and manage ZB Invest Funds – ZB bond 2026 EUR III, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, and to include this sub-fund into ZB Invest Funds, the umbrella UCITS, which includes the approval of the prospectus and rules of the sub-fund, as well as the approval for the selection of the depositary for the sub-fund – the company ZAGREBAČKA BANKA DIONIČKO DRUŠTVO, Zagreb, and granting authorisation to invest up to 100% of net assets of ZB Invest Funds – ZB bond 2026 EUR III, open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering, in transferable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by Romania
4. Decision granting approval to the company VOLKSWAGEN FINANCE LUXEMBURG S.A., with its registered office at 19-21 route d'Arlon, L-8009 Strassen, Luxembourg, entered in the Luxembourg Commercial Register under registration number B166745, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the leasing company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 90275854576, LEI: 52990TYTVH73IENMO14, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights. The proposed acquisition referred to in point 1 of the operative part of this decision has to be carried out within six (6) months as of the day of the enforcement of this decision
5. Decision granting authorisation to Toni Jurčić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Raiffeisen Leasing društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za posredovanje, Zagreb, OIB: 75346450537, LEI: 549300H2JTOKT4WVT259, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 21 June 2017 to Financijska agencija, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 85821130368, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 2 April 2023
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company KOREQT DISTRIBUCIJA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
8. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company IKF CO d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB:54043584375, on 5 December 2019 by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, and removing the Company from Hanfa’s register of insurance agencies
9. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company SUPER AGENT d.o.o., Dubrovnik, OIB: 45117815832, on 18 December 2020 by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, and removing the Company from Hanfa’s register of insurance agencies
