17th Meeting

On 30 August 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 17th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision determining that the depository Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., OIB: 02535697732, LEI: 549300ZHFZ4CSK7VS460, has eliminated the irregularities and deficiencies regarding depository activities of UCITS, alternative investment funds and mandatory pension funds recorded in the Report on the on-site examination of 12 June 2024, and determining that the regular on-site examination of the depositary, initiated on the basis of the Notification on the on-site examination of 10 January 2024, has finished
2. Decision granting authorisation to Monika Brzović from Velika Mlaka to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Groupama osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 98164456048, LEI: 74780000V0JHQ18WXI81, for a term lasting 4 (four) years 
3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance representation business to Anka Bilokapić from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft LAMB, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. ANKA BILOKAPIĆ, SPLIT, STARI PUT 20
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Dinko Hodak from Nova Gradiška, founder of the insurance representation craft AUXILIUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Dinko Hodak, Zagreb, Horvatova 13F 
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Srđan Grzunov from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft GRZUNOV SAVJETOVANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. SRĐAN GRZUNOV, SPLIT, MAŽURANIĆEVO ŠETALIŠTE 45 
6. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Stanka Rajh Jambrović from Novo Selo Rok, founder of the insurance representation craft EDUKOFIN, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Stanka Rajh Jambrović, Novo Selo Rok, Maršala Tita 83 
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company HELIOS SLAVONIJA d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Čaglin 
8. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company KIVAD d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Sesvete (Grad Zagreb), Ulica Joze Kljakovića 2A
