5th Meeting

On 8 February 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 5th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on additional requirements for small insurance companies

2. Ordinance on the calculation method and time limits for paying contributions and on the manner of managing and using assets intended for meeting liabilities of the Guarantee Fund

3. Ordinance on the structure and contents of financial statements and additional reports of insurance companies and reinsurance companies

4. Ordinance on the audit in insurance companies

5. Ordinance on reporting on material changes and reporting at the request of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency

6. Ordinance on insurance statistical standards

7. Decision ordering the company CROATIA osiguranje mirovinsko društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondom d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 81231269363, to take measures aimed at eliminating illegalities and irregularities established during supervision

8. Decision establishing that the company Digital Assets d.o.o., Split, OIB: 37096783668, met all the requirements referred to in Hanfa’s decision of 5 October 2022, thus having eliminated all illegalities and irregularities, after which the examination was terminated

9. Decision granting authorisation to Željko Bedenic to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 42795279057, LEI: 5493007HS4TMDDH1EC15, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years

10. Decision granting approval to Krešimir Rukavina to directly acquire a qualifying holding in the company FARVE PRO INVEST društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Gradišćanska ulica 34, OIB: 32697869602, LEI: 747800J05BCMGODXMQ42, reaching 15.35% of the initial capital and voting rights of that company; the proposed acquisition referred to in point 1 of the operative part of this decision has to be carried out within nine (9) months as of the day of the receipt of this decision

11. Decision acknowledging the following examinations passed by Ervin Kovačević: a) basic exam, organised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (a competent regulatory authority in Cyprus); b) examination for carrying out activities of a stock exchange intermediary regarding the execution of clients’ orders, provision of investment advice and management of clients’ financial instruments, organised by the Association of Ljubljana Stock Exchange Members in the Republic of Slovenia, as qualifications for carrying out the execution or transmission of orders (examination L2 - Brokerage Activities)

12. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mario Sakoman, owner of the insurance representation craft SAKI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mario Sakoman, Klinča Sela, Sakomanova ulica 3

13. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 30 December 2015, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Željko Sakoman, founder of the craft SAKI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Željko Sakoman, Klinča Sela, Sakomanova ulica 3, ceased to be valid on 31 December 2022, and that the registered name of the insurance representation craft referred now reads: AKI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mario Sakoman, Klinča Sela, Sakomanova ulica 3

14. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Vanda Babić, founder of the insurance representation craft VB ASEKURO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vanda Babić, Split, Doverska 2

15. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mirjana Strika, founder of the insurance representation craft DOMINUS, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Mirjana Strika, Šibenik, Ulica Branitelja Domovinskog rata 2 d

16. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 18 February 2010, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Ivica Prgomet, founder of the craft MARSONIA PLUS AGENCIJA ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, vlasnik Ivica Prgomet, Slavonski Brod, A. Starčevića 40, ceased to be valid on 2 August 2022

17. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 16 December 2016, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Zdravko Buhin, founder of the craft AZ-ZAGI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Zdravko Buhin, Zagreb, Selska cesta 136, ceased to be valid on 30 November 2022

18. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 November 2011, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Ljiljana Jakovčić, co-founder of the craft JAKOVČIĆ AGENT, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Ljiljana Jakovčić i Mate Bilić, Omiš, Vukovarska bb, ceased to be valid on 30 December 2022, and that the registered name of the insurance representation craft referred to in point 1 now reads: PACTUM, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Mate Bilić, Omiš, Put Ribnjaka 4

19. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 December 2006, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to Bernard Jurković from Zagreb, founder of the craft ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU VL. BERNARD JURKOVIĆ, ZAGREB, ALBERTA FORTISA 25, ceased to be valid on 31 January 2023
