31st Meeting

On 26 October 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 31st meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 62573520714, LEI: 74780040M93Z1M3Y3D74, to take over the management of APRIVATE, open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN: HRAGINUAGPR8, LEI: 5299003M51CQD9XWE310, managed by the company Maverick Wealth Management d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 81230330818, LEI: 74780000OBPECY38L982
2. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct leasing operations issued on 31 January 2008, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to the company PROleasing društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za poslove leasinga u likvidaciji, with its registered office in Rijeka, OIB: 66219812327; and ordering the company to immediately, and not later than within 30 days, carry out all necessary activities with the competent commercial court for the purpose of entering changes pursuant to this Decision, and to submit to Hanfa the decision on the changes made in the court register, not later than within eight days following the day of its receipt
3. Decision granting certified actuary licence to Marija Višić from Zagreb
4. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 24 February 2022, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to the company OMINIMO društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 26103445288, ceased to be valid on 30 June 2023
5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 6 February 2015, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to the company LOCUS STANDI d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Split, OIB: 05648585480, ceased to be valid on 9 May 2023
