28th Meeting

On 19 September 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 28th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA d.d., Dubrovnik, Dr. Ante Starčevića 24, OIB: 61063868086, LEI: 74780000L0GQ5QG49R37, for a simplified prospectus relating to the issuance and admission to the regulated market of up to 697,760 registered dematerialised ordinary shares without a nominal value
2. Decision granting approval to the mandatory pension company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Heinzelova 70, OIB: 20455535575, LEI: 549300JEBNBXEY27HE27, for material amendments to the statute of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE mandatory pension fund - category A, B and C
3. Decision granting authorisation to Dubravka Vlašić Pleše to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the pension company ERSTE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 49659289650, LEI:529900JNYHUFUO8D4Z14, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years
4. Decision granting authorisation to Zvonimir Marić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the UCITS management company HPB Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 77486858909, LEI: 549300J7EXINX1807F47, for a term of office lasting for two (2) years, starting as of the day of the receipt of Hanfa’s decision on the issuance of approval
5. Decision granting approval to Ines Knapić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 75346450537, LEI: 549300H2JTOKT4WVT259, for a term of office lasting for four (4) years, running as of the day of her appointment to this function
6. Decision granting approval to Juraj Vrban to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb., OlB: 90275854576, LEI: 529900TYTVH73IENMO14, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years
