22nd Meeting

On 12 July 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 22nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Decision granting approval to the company Eurizon Asset Management Croatia društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima, OIB: 73073960573, LEI: 549300DU2TJ72XCUUN84, for the merger of Eurizon HR Short Term Bond fond - open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN: HRPBZIUPSBF9, LEI: 5493006GEIBUF7U0CX27, with Eurizon HR Euro Short Term Bond fond - open-ended investment fund with public offering, ISIN: HRPBZIUESTB4, LEI: 549300MJHTF0ZPUGUI54

2. Decision granting approval to Jakša Krišto to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company Allianz Hrvatska d.d., Heinzelova 70, Zagreb, OIB: 23759810849, LEI: 5493006D8G55YM441622, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of the first working day following the receipt of this decision

3. Decision granting approval to the company WHITE BRIDGE ASSET MANAGEMENT d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Osijek, Šetalište Petra Preradovića 3, OIB: 24139029403, LEI: 984500DA906CPI650878, to operate as a small AIFM, namely to carry out activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Act (Official Gazette, No 21/18, 126/19 and 110/21) - AIF management; and revoking the Decision of 28 May 2019, item 1 - approval to operate as a medium-sized AIFM, namely to carry out activities referred to in Article 11(1)(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Act (Official Gazette, No 21/18) - AIF management

4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Danijela Krakar, founder of the insurance representation craft DA - TE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Danijela Krakar, Sisak, Rimska 7

5. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company ALFA ZASTUPANJE d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Avenija Većeslava Holjevca 20, OIB: 09367029933, on 29 July 2010 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I-453-02/10-37/32, REG.NO.: 326-112-10-3, ceased to be valid on 29 November 2022

6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued to the company Z.O.C. PREMIUM d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 41, OIB: 39380593867, on 2 July 2020 by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I 974-03/20-01/45, REGNO: 326-01-22-20-5 ceased to be valid on 31 January 2023
