On 15 May 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 17th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision granting approval to the company Raiffeisen Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Magazinska cesta 69, OIB: 81769224349, for significant amendments to the prospectus of Raiffeisen Eurski Val 2025 Bond open-ended investment fund with public offering
  1. Decision ordering the company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o., OIB: 6956616018, to correct accounting errors occurred while recording business events related to short-term loan agreements, in the manner defined by IAS 8 - Accounting Policies, Changes in Accounting Estimates and Errors, for the purpose of eliminating illegalities and irregularities established
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Darko Vodopija to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 05273526923, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of 16 May 2023
  1. Decision granting authorisation to Dino Stipković to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the leasing company i4next leasing Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 05273526923, for a term of office lasting for 5 (five) years, running as of 16 May 2023
  1. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Mirela Hausmaninger, founder of the insurance representation craft 5 nula, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Mirela Hausmaninger, Zagreb, Gospočak 24 A
  1. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 29 November 2007 by virtue of a Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, to Zdravko Zmajlović, founder of the insurance representation craft Zastupanje u osiguranju ZOZ, vl. Zdravko Zmajlović, Jastrebarsko, Bana Josipa Jelačića 39, ceased to be valid on 28 February 2023
  1. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 29 April 2016, by virtue of a Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, to Vesna Poturica, founder of the insurance representation craft AZ MARE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Vesna Poturica, Jakovlje, Trg hrvatskih velikana bb, ceased to be valid on 12 January 2023
  1. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 13 May 2016, by virtue of a Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, to Ivan Matulić, founder of the insurance representation craft CIKI, CIKI, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Ivan Matulić, Supetar, Porat 10, ceased to be valid on 31 March 2023
