13th Meeting

On 19 April 2023, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 13th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the requirements for membership in management and supervisory boards of factoring companies

2. Ordinance on the bankruptcy and resolution of the central depository

3. Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the fit and proper requirements for insurance distributors and reinsurance distributors and their entry in the register

4. Decision granting approval to the company Inspire Investments d.o.o. za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, OIB: 62573520714, to establish and manage an open-ended alternative investment fund without legal personality with private offering – hedge fund titled KAIZEN, open-ended alternative investment fund with private offering

5. Decision granting approval to the insurance company MERKUR OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 08937835435, for the merger of the insurance company Wüstenrot životno osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, Heinzelova 33a, OIB: 10931821267, LEI: 74780000X00H92A3R667, in accordance with the Merger Agreement of 17 February 2023; the company is therefore obliged to inform policyholders of the status change arising from the merger via public media, immediately or no later than within one working day following the merger

6. Decision granting approval to Eva Jendriš Škrljak to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company AGRAM LIFE osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 18742666873, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 28 June 2023

7. Decision granting approval to Milenko Rajić to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the insurance company ADRIATIC OSIGURANJE d.d., Zagreb, OIB 94472454976, for a term of office lasting for 4 (four) years, running as of 28 June 2023

8. Decision granting authorisation to Lidija Grbešić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company HPB Invest društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, Zagreb, OIB: 77486858909, for a term of office lasting for 1 (one) year, running as of 16 May 2023

9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Vinko Taslak, founder of the insurance representation craft XL ZASTUPANJE, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Vinko Taslak, Kaštel Gomilica, Mijanovica 7

10. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Erik Međimorec, founder of the insurance representation craft EURO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, Erik Međimorec, Križevci, Franje Račkog 31

11. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company ABUK društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, with its registered office in Bjelovar, Antuna Mihanovića 2 a, OIB: 43015290970

12. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 14 April 2022, by virtue of Hanfa’s decision, to the company Smart Life usluge d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Vlaška ulica 133, OIB: 74238671888, ceased to be valid on 15 October 2022
