Conference „The Future of Pensions: Towards Higher Income In Old Age“

Hanfa, in partnership with OECD and EIOPA, is organizing a conference „The Future of Pensions: Towards Higher Income In Old Age“, that will take place on 10 October 2024 in Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
Conference objectives:
Initiating an expert discussion on pensions in the further future, taking into account significant population aging, increased life expectancy, and workforce shortage in Croatia.
The conference will discuss:
- What kind of pensions will we have in the future? Who will be able to finance them?
- How are some other countries in the EU trying to solve this problem, what are their appoaches and what results are expected?
- What are possible solutions for the growth of voluntary pension savings?
- Can this savings model be expected to remain at the discretion of each individual or do we need a different approach?
Participation at the conference is free of charge, but registration is required.
