Notice for the providers engaged in exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies and custodian wallet providers

Obliged entities engaged in the provision of exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies and/or the provision of custodian wallet services are required to notify Hanfa by 31 January 2020, or no later than 30 days after the date of establishment or registration, of their activities in the provision of exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies and/or the provision of custodian wallet services.

Hanfa and ZSE sign new Code of Corporate Governance for undertakings listed on ZSE

Conference on the quality of corporate governance, co-organised by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa), gathered about 300 experts from the economic, political and academic community. It was an opportunity to present the new Corporate Governance Code that was signed by Mr Ante Žigman, President of Hanfa’s Board and Ms Ivana Gažić, President of the Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

ESMA – Updated information on the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU – preparations for a possible no-deal Brexit scenario on 31 October 2019
