26th Meeting of the Board

On 10 June 2020, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 26th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Guidelines for pension companies on increasing the level of financial literacy of citizens of the Republic of Croatia
  2. Decision granting approval to the company Daimler Mobility AG, with its registered office in Siemensstr. 7, 70469 Stuttgart, Federal Republic of Germany, personal identification number (OIB): 37183058120, to acquire a qualifying holding in the company Mercedes-Benz Leasing Hrvatska d.o.o. za leasing nekretnina, vozila i strojeva, with its registered office in Zagreb, Kovinska 5, personal identification number (OIB): 17080997510, reaching a 100% share in the initial capital and voting Rights 
  3. Decision approving, pursuant to Article 259(3) of the Act on Open-Ended Investment Funds with Public Offering, an extension of the deadline to align investments of assets of Capital Breeder open-ended investment fund with public offering in unlisted securities to the company Global Invest d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb, Budmanijeva 3, personal identification number (OIB): 89492953056, as laid down in the Prospectus of the fund, point 11.3.8 Investment Strategy of the Fund, for further three (3) months, i.e. until 11 September 2020
  4. Decision granting approval to the alternative investment fund management company FEELSGOOD CAPITAL PARTNERS društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za upravljanje alternativnim investicijskim fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 32, personal identification number (OIB): 89112739620, to establish and manage Feelsgood Social Impact Investment Fund – venture capital alternative investment fund with private offering. The approval covers the approval of the Fund Rules and the approval to appoint OTP banka dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Split, Domovinskog rata 61, personal identification number (OIB): 52508873833 as the depositary of the fund.
