15th Meeting

On 23 July 2024, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 15th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on determining the net asset value of UCITS and the price of UCITS units 
2. Ordinance on determining the net asset value of AIF and the price of AIF units
3. Decision amending the Decision on the form, content and deadlines for reporting of the Central Registry of Affiliates 
4. Guidelines for pension companies and pension insurance companies on increasing the level of financial literacy of Croatian citizens
5. Decision granting approval to the company ZB Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje UCITS fondovima, with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 23889363045, LEI: 549300T0RFRCQ7Z21884, for material amendments to the Depositary Agreement, on the basis of the Depositary Agreement concluded on 29 May 2024 with the depositary Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, OIB: 92963223473, and on the basis of the Annex to the Depositary Agreement concluded on 26 June 2024
6. Decision determining that the company Eurizon Asset Management Croatia d.o.o., Zagreb, OIB: 73073960573, LEI: 549300DU2TJ72XCUUN84 has complied with the supervisory measures and orders referred to in points I.1. to I.3. of Hanfa’s Decision of 31 March 2023, and that the regular on-site examination of the Company registered under CLASS: UP/I 992-05/22-01/05 (ZSPNFT) has finished
7. Decision rejecting the application for the entry into the Register of virtual asset service providers filed by the company USLUGE LIRA d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, OIB: 87442481619. The company is ordered to cease activities related to virtual currencies and to remove the provision of exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies from the Register 
8. Decision rejecting the application for the entry into the Register of virtual asset service providers filed by the craft MJENJAČKI OBRT I FOTOKOPIRAONA "FIN", VL. NATALIJA ŠESTAK, Bjelovar, OIB: 88954293141, and ordering the craft to cease providing the services from Article 19(2) of the AMLTFA for the company Digital Assets d.o.o., Split, OIB: 37096783668, or to review its business relations with the said company and align them with the restrictions imposed by the AMLTFA 
9. Decision granting authorisation to conduct factoring operations to the company FINSPOT dioničko društvo za faktoring, pre-incorporated, Zagreb, as well as other related authorisations 
10. Decision granting authorisation to the company Positive ARB d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, Savska cesta 32, OIB: 30636369645, to perform the investment activity from Article 5(1)(3) of the Capital Market Act – dealing on own account, along with other related authorisations and decisions
11. Decision granting prior approval to the credit institution OTP banka dioničko društvo, with its registered office in Split, OIB: 52508873833, LEI:49376181407 5299005UJX6K7BQKV086, on the fulfilment of the requirements for providing an investment service and activity from Article 5(4)(1) of the Capital Market Act – portfolio management, for an indefinite period
12. Decision granting authorisation to Alan Jelovečki to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of the company Wiener osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group d.d., Zagreb, Slovenska ulica 24, OIB: 52848403362, LEI: 54930041AKTSEYG3RV93, for a term lasting 3 (three) years
13. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Hrvoje Ambrozić, founder of the insurance representation craft HKL zastupanje, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Hrvoje Ambrozić, Slavonski Brod, Radoslava Lopašića 9
14. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marko Milošević, founder of the insurance representation craft FIDES PRO, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Marko Milošević, GLAVICE, Glavice 41
15. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the company TATA BIZ d.o.o. za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb, Remetinečki gaj 8D, OIB: 74647661789
16. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 20 July 2023 to Tomislav Perić, founder of the insurance representation craft JOKER, obrt za brokerske poslove u osiguranju, Tomislav Perić, Zagreb, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision CLASS: UP/I 994-03/23-01/77, REGNO: 326-01-22-23-3, ceased to be valid on 4 July 2024
