17th Meeting of the Board

On 10 May 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 17th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

  1. Decision revoking the authorisation to conduct leasing operations issued to the company Blue Iris Resolution društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za financiranje, with its registered office in Zagreb, Slavonska avenija 6a, personal identification number (OIB): 87064273078, by virtue of the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency CLASS: UP/I UP/I 451-01/07-02/88, REGNO: 326-114-08-14 of 13 March 2008; and ordering the Company to carry out, not later than within 30 days, all necessary activities with the competent commercial court for the purpose of registering changes pursuant to this Decision, and to submit to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency the decision on the changes made in the court register, not later than within eight days following the day of its reception
  2. Decision suspending the procedure initiated upon the application of Goran Kovačić from Ivanovo Polje, Ivanovo Polje 17, Dežanovac, personal identification number (OIB): 91092078000, for the approval for the acquisition of a qualifying holding in the company CENTAR FAKTOR d.o.o. za faktoring, with its registered office in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 39, personal identification number (OIB): 69566160187
  3. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company TIMBRA društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Gornje Sitno
  4. Decision determining that the depositary OTP BANKA d.d., Domovinskog rata 61, 21000 Split, OIB: 52508873833, LEI: 5299005UJX6K7BQKV086, has eliminated the irregularities and deficiencies regarding depository activities of mandatory and voluntary pension funds recorded in the Report on the on-site examination CLASS: UP/I 972-05/21-06/02, REGNO: 326-01-40-41-22-21 of 13 January 2022
