16th Meeting of the Board

On 4 May 2022, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 16th meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

Decision granting approval to the company DALEKOVOD, d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222, LEI: 74780000W0KHNRDW7I05, for a simplified prospectus relating to the admission to the regulated market of 41,000,000 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of HRK 10.00 per share, and the total nominal amount of HRK 410,000,000.00
